This hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to arrive and depart. the staff is always ready to help out with anything you need, and the hotel is situated in the center of town. You will have access to plenty of amenities nearby and be able to explore the area with ease.

The staff was helpful and polite, the building was clean, the room size was large, and the breakfast was good. The buffet restaurant had decent prices.

The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from. the rooms were cleaned daily by polite and friendly staff. Another positive aspect was the helpfulness of the reception staff who offered great recommendations for local attractions.

The noise level was high at night with loud street music, making it difficult to sleep for light sleepers. the area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe to walk alone at night.

The breakfast options were plentiful and fresh. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, making our New Year’s stay more enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby historic center and other tourist attractions.

The noise level at night was extreme and made it difficult to sleep, even with earplugs. the neighborhood outside the hotel did not feel very safe, especially at night.

For me, the best aspects were the hotel facilities, the helpful staff, and the convenient location near the train station. The hotel building was impressively clean, and the room was incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the breakfast was quite decent, although it's advisable to arrive early as some items were not replenished towards the end. the hotel staff were always ready to help you with any questions or concerns you may have had, making the stay more comfortable. The location in downtown and near the train station was perfect for my needs and allowed me to explore the city easily.

The size of the room was very large for a single bed, providing ample space for comfort. The cleaning staff was extremely polite and ensured that the building was kept in pristine condition. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I had a pleasant stay at the Sul America Palace and would recommend it to others.
